Hybrid, full-time ongoing temporary position based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, offering up to £18/hour depending on experience.

Are you a PA looking for your next step? Would you like to work for a nationally-recognised firm, providing both PA and project support? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will be working alongside the Head of HR providing PA support as well as assistance with HR projects, working three days per week in office, and two work-from-home.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Diary and inbox management, including drafting emails to present to the HR Head for alterations
  • Reception work; meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Designing meeting agendas and creating follow-ups based on what notes need to be chased
  • Covering PA duties for other directors when required, for example due to staff sickness
  • Working closely with other PAs to ensure the smooth-running of the office
  • Providing IT support and covering board requests on an ad-hoc basis
Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience supporting at director-level, and be able to work confidentially with sensitive information. They must be proactive and forward-thinking, have excellent organisation and communication skills, and excel working as part of a team. Previous experience providing support within HR is desirable but not essential.

This is a highly collaborative role; prospective applicants should feel comfortable bouncing ideas and working closely with both the HR Head and other PAs within the team. This role is initially for three months, but has the potential for a permanent opportunity.
