My client is an Executive Search Firm with offices in both Paris and London who are currently recruiting for a bilingual (French/English) EA to be based within their London office. 

As well as EA duties you will also work with the group operations manager of the group to ensuring the smooth running of the office and you will be responsible for ordering office supplies, building relationships with external contractors and processing consultants expenses. 

The main duties of the role will include (but not be limited to):

· Organization and scheduling of appointments with clients and prospects

· Preparation of contracts and marketing documents for BD

· Monitoring mission calendars (launch & closure meetings, weekly team points, etc.)

· Data entry for missions and daily tracking of research progress

· Organization of candidate presentation appointments

· Tracking candidate files

· Managing spontaneous applications

· Responsible for the database, relationship with the provider, updates & maintenance, and with our external data manager.

· Managing complex schedules

· Appointment scheduling and confirmation (up to 8 to 10 per day)

· Organizing candidate travel

· Assisting in any activities that streamline operations and client service· Organization and scheduling of appointments with clients and prospects

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience, be bilingual in French and English and have experience within a fast paced, dynamic professional services organisation.
