Full-Time, Permanent Position in Wolverhampton

This exciting opportunity will involve ensuring that all accounts are managed and monitored. This shall include receiving and processing all invoices, expenses, and requests for payments. This role is great for a candidate who is looking to continue developing their professional experience in the legal sector.


The primary duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Receiving, processing, and filing all invoices, expenses, and requests for payment.
Verify calculations input codes with accuracy when using account systems.
Monitor and reconcile direct debit mandates.
Prepare payments, both by cheque and online.
Managing in and outgoing finance post is sent regularly.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Solid experience in similar or same industry.
Relevant finance qualifications or degree, Such as ACCA.
Strong Microsoft: Excel Knowledge and experience.
Quality/Detail focused.
Excellent customer service skills.
