Full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham, offering up to £35,000 depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic finance company as part of their Service Management team has just become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will work closely alongside managers of other teams within the company, to ensure and improve the quality of the service’s delivery, support and performance.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining first-class client relationships: documenting and executing a client management plan, monitoring client satisfaction, addressing any escalated concerns or queries, and acting as the client’s voice
  • Driving continual development of the service; identifying any areas for improvement via reporting and liaising with internal consultants
  • Delivering internal revenue in-line with company budgets
  • Maintaining key partner relationships with client directors and executives, internal company teams and managers, and third-party providers
Prospective applicants must have previous experience within Finance or Procurement at a managerial level, within either a Service or Project Management capacity.

Applicants must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; being able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including at board-level. They must be highly organised, able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, and thrive working as part of a team.
