Customer Service Associate – Mandarin Speaking
£14-£16ph – 12 Months Contract
Central London – 3/2 hybrid
Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with customers and client
  • Ensuring up-to-date systems
  • Helping the team with emails and data processing


Experience:
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • People person and bubbly
  • Strong work ethic
