An award winning law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Business Partner to join their close knit HR Team, reporting directly to a HRD. This is a strategic and collaborative Business Partnering role supporting your set business function. As an integral member of the HR team, the post holder will also support the development of HR policies, procedures and systems, and lead and participate in projects, representing the department both internally and externally. This is a full time, permanent role working hybrid between home and office and pays up to £50K, depending on experience. The successful candidate must have solid HRBP experience, ideally working within a large organisation.
Day to day you will strategically partner your area of the firm, ensuring that strategy and people are at the forefront of the business. You will manage a complex HR caseload, leading on HR projects, leading on all ER cases, managing all employee files alongside supporting with recruitment needs. You will work closely with a HR Assistant to manage first line queries, assisting with exit interviews and creating and rolling out policies.
The ideal candidate will have solid HR Business Partnering experience within a larger, ideally international organisation and have end to end ER caseload experience. You must be CIPD Level 7 qualified (or similar) and have an ability to work as part of a team alongside autonomously. You will be confident, diligent and have strong communication skills.
