The primary responsibilities for this are:
Being the first point of contact for new clients
Deploy a tailor-made approach to each client being onboarded.
Monitor client’s needs and analyse, providing immediate solutions.
Create and manage systematic feedback, regularly informing clients.
Create, manage, and file relevant documents.
The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid IT experience.
An interest in Technology and building relationships.
Able to adapt work and focus on priorities.
Work independently with minimal prompts.
