My client are a leading FinTech company with a global presence and around 100 in the London office, in the heart of the City.

Their culture is exceptional, very fun, with a large focus on networking, building relationships, drinks after work, and both client and internal company events.

They truly look after their employees with a good benefits package and hybrid working pattern, offering 2 days WFH.

They are driven & forward thinking, now seeking an outstanding Private Client Associate to join their expanding team.

The role is similar to a rotational graduate scheme, during your first year you will spend three months in each of four different sectors across the business before progressing into the sector of greatest interest to you – great variety, and a brilliant way to quickly gain in depth knowledge and broaden your skillset.

As a Private Client Associate, day to day you will be:

  • Working across four or five different areas of the business, from Media & Events and Insurance to Wealth Management, Tech and Data Analytics
  • Very client-facing, working to develop new private client relationships for the company, developing new distribution channels for their products and maximising opportunities
  • Handling product development, researching and analysing market needs, identifying gaps, bringing ideas to project fruition
  • Identifying potential issues and solutions with regards to their tech products
  • Bringing new ideas – they are keen for you to “positively disrupt” the company, you will be encouraged to add value to the company
  • Working creatively on Marketing and Market Strategy, assisting with PR activity, representing the firm at corporate entertaining events
  • General assistance with office administration

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree, Russell Group is ideal but not essential, in an academic subject
  • Open to experience levels; perhaps you are a fresh graduate who has worked throughout your school/university holidays, or you might have 1-3 years’ experience (in any industry) and looking for the next leap in your career
  • Confident, sociable, professional but with a sense of humour
  • Able to build excellent relationships with their clients
  • Hardworking, driven, a self-starter is key
  • Proactive, bringing ideas to the table
  • High attention to detail
