Somebody who has a passion for client satisfaction, building relationships and an ability to communicate with individuals at all seniority levels would be ideal for this position. You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Running onboarding sessions for new customers
- Working towards clear targets
- Analysing client needs
- Maintaining a feedback loop with clients and utilizing this feedback
- Providing support to customer queries
- Preparing reports on client engagement
A passion for technology is desirable but not essential, however being an individual who has a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, as well as a positive, determined attitude is a must.
