A global firm who are internationally recognised are currently seeking a competent, diligent and people oriented Learning and Development Officer to join them on a full time, permanent basis (hybrid working). Working as part of a close knit L&D team which sits within the wider HR team, this person will be the key cog to providing advisory L&D support alongside helping to implement a wide range of learning and development initiatives. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone keen to progress their L&D career within a collaborative, forward thinking and professional setting.
Day to day the candidate will be leading on designing training and development programs alongside induction programmes, liaising with the firm around equality, diversity and inclusion, leading on compliance training, investigating on new training programs and qualifications, handling CPD queries and driving the L&D innovations at the time.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, confident and have extensive L&D experience within a large, multioffice company. You will be fluent in articulate a real passion for L&D and have the ability to work to deadlines and lead on projects. You will be happy to travel across the UK to various offices, including London and Manchester.
