A forward thinking, Silicon valley feel Tech Business based in Birmingham are currently seeking an analytical, confident and articulate Accounts Payable Project Lead to help provide a full end to end consultancy service to their range of clients. Working as part of their Client Services team, this role is perfect for someone with prior Accounts Payable Assistant experience alongside ideally experience of working on transformation projects within a large, corporate environment. Day to day, the successful candidate will work between home, office and their clients offices to create and understand their Accounts Payable process. Further to this, you will analyse all data, create document recommendations and work closely with the client to ensure all processes are adhered to. In addition you will be the first person to handle all complex client queries and manage the escalation process and provide an all round Accounts Payable consultancy service.
The ideal candidate will have solid Accounts Payable experience and a strong understanding of the AP process across a range of sectors. Further to this, you will ideally have worked on large scale projects and have a good client and quality focus. You will be service led, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
This role is full time, permanent and hybrid working though flexibility is needed due to requirements to visit clients on site.
