Temporary, Full-Time, Office-Based Position in Birmingham City Centre.
This exciting and successful firm is looking for a capable and enthusiastic person to aid them in their cause. This fast-paced and various role will require a professional with excellent customer service and administrative experience.
The roles primary duties and responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring a first class experience.
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering phone calls and emails, with
Answering queries from clients and stakeholders
Creating, managing and organising meetings
Preparing meeting rooms
Organising travel arrangements
The Successful candidate will need to have top notch IT skills, excellent customer care experience with a switched-on “can-do” attitude, along with the ability to priorities work-loads and is capable to work independently. Previous experience within a professional service environment is essential and is willing to work full-time, fully office based.
