A wonderfully successful and supportive boutique finance firm is looking for an enthusiastic, charming and switched-on candidate to join their international team.

Based in incredible offices in the buzzy West End, you will be providing both front-of-house and admin support to the busy investment teams. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and another member of the admin team and this role offers bags of variety and scope to feel involved.

Duties will include:

• Front office facing role, meet and greet visitors
• Manage meeting room calendars and ensure all details are captured correctly 
• Assist the operations team with administration duties, team events and office supplies
• Arrange meetings and coordinate calendars for investment teams
• Assist with conference schedules for the investment teams
• Organise travel and accommodation for the Investment Teams
• Assist with general bookings for the wider firm
