I am looking for a truly impressive, exceptionally efficient and experienced Executive Assistant for a fantastic 5 month temporary role in an internationally acclaimed Art Gallery.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of EA/administrative experience and be confident working at the highest level on very high profile VIP projects and events.
Outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, 100% discretion and strong IT skills are all essential as is proven relevant experience working in fast paced, demanding and time-pressured environments. Experience gained in galleries/auction houses/museums/prestigious events/PR/Luxury Goods/UHNWIs would all work well.
The Role will be supporting a director and their team to include:
• Dealing with Executives, VIPs, UHNWIs
• Supporting with Administration
• Assisting the Finance team
• Managing inboxes efficiently and speedily
• Coordinating and organising meetings
• Guest lists – research and updating
• Experience using CRM/Sales Force

This is a pivotal and important position. It requires a high-level of organisation, diligence, and discretion. You must be able to commit from the middle of February to the end of June.
