Permanent, Full-Time Position in Birmingham City Centre

This exciting and full-on role is perfect for someone wanting to continue developing their professional experience, working for a nationally-recognised law firm. Working i the successful candidate will partner with their designated departments of the firm, managing a complex HR caseload.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Work alongside various departments, dealing with all people-related issues.
Supporting, developing and management of HR policies.
Develop an excellent understanding of all things HR. Recognising the challenges and requirements of both external and internal business areas.
Educating and encouraging line managers to develop their HR skills and knowledge.
Aid in supporting a healthy and positive culture for all staff members.
Collaborating with relevant members such as the HR Lead to support the business HR targets.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Solid HR experience and knowledge in a similar previous role.
Respect the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
Previous negotiation experience.
Strong IT skills with the use of Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
Proactive approach to work.
Strong coordination and organisational skills.
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
