An exciting, diverse, internationally recognised firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a confident, passionate team player for a Learning and Development Officer position, on a full time permanent basis. This position is hybrid however will involve occasional travel to other UK offices including Manchester, London and Exeter. Somebody with a passion for learning and development, as well as excellent communication and project management skills will be ideal for this role. If you’re looking for a role where you can continually grow and develop, then this may be the opportunity for you!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be you play a key part in driving forwards L&D innovation as part of a close-knit team. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Designing skills training, development and induction programmes
- Organising sessions on equality, diversity and inclusion as well as wellbeing training
- Introducing and delivering training
- Assessing training needs
- Supporting professional qualifications for staff
- Using psychometric tools
- Attending training committee meetings

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Learning and Development professional, within a legal or professional services setting.
