An exciting, internationally recognised business based in North Birmingham are seeking an analytical, organised, detail orientated individual for a graduate level administrator role on a full time permanent basis. If you have previous administrative experience, strong excel skills and a good eye for detail, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will work as part of a close knit team, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home with parking onsite.
You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will oversee all administrative duties for the wider team. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Compiling reports
- Maintaining databases
- Dealing with all admin duties and queries
- Compiling analysis figures
- Dealing with invoices, refunds, shortfalls, ensuring accurate payments
The successful candidate will ideally have previous administrative experience, a strong analytical approach to work, you will be computer literate, comfortable working with data, and possess intermediate to high levels of excel skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
