A high profile, internationally recognised business based near Aston, Birmingham are currently seeking a Graduate level Reporting & General Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis working on a hybrid basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior administrative experience who enjoys data and reporting and is a MS Excel whizz to join a close knit team. Working in a sociable, lively and fun office, you will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to be the person that keeps them all together. You will provide first class administrative and data reporting support.
Day to day you will liaise with various stakeholders via email and phone alongside occasionally going on site, you will ensure they are fully compliant and all documents correct and up to date, you will also manage large data sets and produce reports for senior leadership, manage the full purchasing process and ensure all invoicing and administration is up to date.
The successful candidate will have solid corporate administration experience which focuses around utilising data and MS Excel. You will ideally have worked within a fast paced, busy and varied environment alongside be used to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will be IT savvy and have advance MS Excel skills alongside be used to working on multiple CRM systems.
Due to the location of their offices, it is recommended that you are a driver and have access to a car, with the nearest public transport station being approximately a 20 minute walk.
