Based in Central London Office 5 days-a-week
8:00-17:30 (some flexibility required on this front)
Office Manager Duties:
- Supervise various teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance (on-site supervision as necessary), reception, catering and post room
- Liaise with HR regarding office policies, processes and procedures and suggest improvements
- Manage the Reception rota to ensure there is always adequate cover
- Ordering of office supplies and stock
Office Manager Experience:
- 5+ years' experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Prior management experience is highly desirable
