Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Legal Secretary/Receptionist for one of our clients, a law firm located in Brussels. Salary package : competitive salary package in line with experience + €7 lunching voucher and 100% transportation allowance.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
• Editing and preparing legal documents
• Organizing meeting rooms and meetings
• Travel coordination
• Supporting the team with daily administrative and office management tasks
• Assisting attorneys with expense reporting and timesheets
• Assisting clients with their invoices
Essential skills and experience :
• You are fluent in English (good understanding of French and/or Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in a law firm is a must
• You are solution and detail oriented, flexible and open minded
• You have strong organizational, communications and administrative skills
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
