A forward thinking, sociable and busy Tech business based in Birmingham City Centre are currently seeking a Client oriented individual who has ideally been educated to degree level (or similar) to join them on a full time, permanent basis (hybrid working). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior corporate client services experience currently seeking a busy and challenging role within a close knit team. The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated (or similar), have an analytical and problem solving approach alongside be service led and enjoy building relationships with clients.

Day to day the successful candidate will manage all first line queries from clients, via email and phone, help to resolve any queries and issues, escalating to the tech team, managing large datasets, normally via MS Excel and other CRM systems, updating client information alongside producing of reports and presentations.

The successful candidate must have solid office based experience, ideally within a client led environment such as customer service, sales, recruitment or general administration. You will be a strong communicator, comfortable with numbers and MS Excel and have experience of managing multiple systems. You will be organised, have a strong attention to detail and really have a passion for client delivery.
