A large, high-profile Business based in Birmingham Business Park are seeking a Contact Centre Manager on a Full time, Permanent basis. If you have previous managerial experience within a Contact Centre setting, excellent leadership skills and a strong attention to detail, then this may be the role for you!

You will enjoy a varied role, you will be responsible for managing a contact centre of 70 full time employees. Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to;

- Managing a team of team leaders and service advisors
- Identifying gaps in team performance and having the ability to close those gaps through performance management
- Building and developing relationships with stakeholders
- Monitoring targets
- Identifying and resolving issues affecting service delivery
- Coaching advisors through challenging situations using past experiences

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a contact centre, managing a minimum of 50 employees. You will be a driven, enthusiastic, organised individual If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
