A fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to join an exciting start up, as Talent Employment Business Partner
The role is running the full talent and employee engagement function for the business. Mainly remote with an adhoc day in the London office.
Duties will include;
• Advise and guide managers on interviewing, 1:1s, appraisals for their teams,
• Training needs analysis
• Sending out, analyse and offer advice on engagement surveys
• Set standards and recruitment processes
• Update all job descriptions across business
• Collate/prepare interview questions, support managers with interviews.
This successful candidate will have obvious experience gained within the HR function, self motivated - approachable, some who is genuinely excited about support within this area of HR.
