L&D Manager - West London 

£55,000 - £65,000 / 3 - 6 month temp

Flexible Hybrid - at least 3 days in office

L&D Manager responsibilities: 

• Budget management
• Sourcing new HR systems
• Sourcing business development tools
• Improve company initiatives with productivity and development
• Implementing training programmes

L&D Manager experience: 

• Professional services background (financial, law, consultancy)
• At least 2 years in a HR/training and development role
• Ideally degree educated 
• Muck in attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication
