Our client is an international firm located in Brussels. They are currently looking for a trilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant (English/Dutch and French).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Receptionist

• Welcoming clients and visitors
• Handling and transferring phone calls
• Dispatching the mail and following up on the mailbox
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms

As an Office Assistant

• Booking hotels, trains and flight tickets
• Organizing business trips and ordering catering
• Providing support with varied administrative tasks such as translations, archiving, etc. and with projects for other departments (induction plans, etc.)

PROFILE

• You speak fluent English, Dutch and French
• You have a degree in secretarial studies/hotel management or equivalent by experience
• You have a first experience in a Receptionist position
• You have a good command Outlook, Word and Excel
• You are professional, customer minded, discrete and have a good communication skills
• You are flexible, polite and have a good corporate presentation

OFFER

• Contract: interim in view of permanent/permanent
