Our client is a global and successful law firm located in the centre of Brussels (easy access!). To reinforce their team, they are currently looking for a trilingual Executive Assistant !


• Managing diaries for Partners/Lawyers
• Producing documents according to the agreed company standards
• Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms and liaising with attendees when needed
• Arranging travels and handling expense notes
• Supporting the Lawyers in marketing activities including helping with the preparation of pitches
• Handling correspondence and organizing photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
• Providing administrative support to Lawyers in legal procedures
• Recording the Lawyers’ timesheets in the company system
• Assisting the Lawyers with the billing and credit control process
• Collaborating with the team in order to deliver a high-quality work and by meeting deadlines
• Assisting other colleagues in the Department when needed

• You are trilingual French/English/Dutch
• You ideally have minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive/Management Assistant
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• You are professional, flexible, autonomous and proactive
• You are team minded, stress resistant and are a good prioritizer


• A permanent contract
• Up to €4500 according to skills and experience + competitive package including luncheon vouchers, group and health insurance, pension plan, etc.
