We are currently looking for an EA to join an Investment Bank located in the West End. This is a 13 month contract starting in June and will be paying 65k with one day work from home. Must be good at reaching out, sometimes cold-calling and making good client relationships (experience in this area will be key).
The role
- Extensive and often complex diary management (using Outlook)
- Extensive UK and overseas travel and meeting arrangements
- Processing of business expenses using Concur
- Ad-hoc management of bankers email accounts
- Developing and nurturing relationships with peers at client firms
