My client is a Tech firm is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join our collaborative People Team. In this multi-faceted role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your HR expertise.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference check.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with drafting contracts, handling pre-employment checks/documentation, coordinating orientations.

Employee Relations & Compliance
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance to employees on policies, benefits, payroll, and more.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws/regulations and ensure compliance.
• Track training requirements and renewals (e.g. DBS checks, work permits).
• Administer employee changes like promotions, leaves, separations.
• Create/update HR documentation like forms, templates, SOPs.

HRIS Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and internal databases.
• Compile HR data and generate reports as requested by leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes/improve efficiency.

Applicants will have previous HR experience as knowledge of HR processes such as maternity and Paternity as the role will require reviewing and creating mew processes and systems. Meticulous attention to detail and sexcellent systems and reporting knowledge is required.
