Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.


We are currently recruiting a Team Assistant for one of our clients, an international firm located in the North of Brussels to play a coordinating role which is of key importance in their organization.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects, including the preparation of proposals and presentations
You will offer support with client acceptance procedures, planning of meetings, handling of correspondence, preparation of invoices
You will be in charge of the daily administrative support of managers and partners.

Your Profile:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Office Management, a Master's degree in Languages or have an equivalent in experience;
Experience in a similar position is a plus
You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of French and English. Good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams)
Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime qualifications for a successful approach to this fascinating job
You work precisely and meticulously.
