Experienced Admin Assistant - 6 Month Contract – Rapidly Expanding Global Infrastructure Consultancy (ID:18678)

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to get a foot in the door at this highly successful, rapidly growing Infrastructure Consultancy working with some of the world’s most exciting major projects and sectors. They are seeking a skilled admin assistant, with meticulous attention to detail, to help organise and develop their online systems.
Starting as a 6-month contract – there is huge scope for this role to grow and develop along with the company, with a view to potentially staying on permanently afterward.
This is a hybrid role, based in fabulous bright, open and very sociable shared offices in the City, offering a range of wellness and relaxation facilities, and an unrivalled benefits package.
Duties will include:
• Cleaning up the SharePoint
• Creating, organising and maintaining a new Online Information Hub
• Ad hoc admin tasks
• Involvement with HR and HR systems
• Project management
Candidate:
• We are ideally seeking candidates with experience working in start-ups/small, growing companies, and/or with any corporate experience.
• Some admin experience is a MUST – from 2 years to 10+
• Attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• Attitude is everything! – Muck-in and happy to help out anywhere and everywhere
