Studio Coordinator - Creative Brand (ID:19079)
An innovative and contemporary womenswear brand is looking for a bright and confident candidate to join the team and ensure the studio runs smoothly.
Based in a buzzy and creative hub in West London, this is an exciting opportunity to use your exceptional admin and organisational skills to ensure all runs smoothly.
A collaborative and thriving environment, this is a really exciting, varied and hands-on Studio Coordinator role and duties will include:
• Answering calls and welcoming guests
• Ensuring studio space is organised and dealing with any issues
• Ordering supplies inc stationery and haberdashery
• Liaising with suppliers and partners
• Diary management for the team
• Setting up the studio for fittings, coordinating catering and booking spaces for special events
• Organising travel
• Liaising with the warehouse, creating DHL labels and assisting with returns
• Checking invoices, raising POs and setting vendors up on the system
• Collating expenses
We are looking for some previous admin experience, ideally in a creative space where no two days are the same.
You will be a versatile self-starter with bags of initiative, excellent people skills and a muck-in and flexible attitude.
Numeracy and a good knowledge of Excel are key along with an enthusiastic, dedicated, reliable and hard-working approach.
