Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CEO and COO. Based near Meriden, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and forward-thinking company, managing crucial administrative functions and facilitating high-level decision-making processes.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day planning and coordination activities across the organisation on behalf of the CEO and COO. This includes secretariat responsibilities for the Board of Directors, as well as supporting the team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and office administration.

The key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the CEO & COO, including internal and external communication management
  • Acting as secretariat to the Board of Directors, managing agendas, circulating documentation, and taking minutes for six annual Board meetings
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the office, delivering high standards of service for the Board of Directors & Senior Management Team (SMT),
  • Coordinating all meetings and diary commitments, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning
  • Supporting the production of relevant documentation on behalf of the CEO/COO, including reports and papers for the Board, Technical Committees, and other stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence and telephone and monitoring and managing emails and letters to the CEO, disseminating information as needed and maintaining comprehensive filing systems.
  • Preparing and circulating agendas, collate papers and presentations, take meeting minutes, and maintain action logs for Board and Executive meetings.
  • Leading HR administrative processes, including recruitment, contract provision, onboarding, and performance review collation.

Applicants must have a solid background supporting an Executive Team ideally C Suite in a PA capacity. Applicants must have exposure to Board meetings and Board preparation and the minutes involved.
