As a consultant, you will be recruiting exceptional Chiefs of Staff/EAs/PAs/Private PAs/Receptionists and Graduates for often fascinating high profile individuals and London’s most prestigious and cutting-edge companies. We work with an eclectic mix of clients: Finance to the Arts, Tech to Luxury Goods, Property to Fashion, Interiors to Film, and entrepreneurs and UHNWIs.
The ideal candidate:
• Graduate (or grad calibre)
• Ambitious, competitive, savvy and money motivated
• Self-starter who relishes autonomy, responsibility and a fast
paced environment
• Impressive and slick communicator – both verbal and written
• Consummate relationship builder
• Dedicated with great attention to detail
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinker – a solution finder
• Takes pride in always going the extra mile (or two) and works
with integrity, empathy and passion
• Confident, positive, upbeat and charming individual
Very open to experience:
• You may have started or run your own company
• Sales/negotiation/customer facing experience particularly
useful
• Experience in property, events, concierge, travel, account
management would all work well
• You may have worn lots of different ‘hats’ in your jobs
• You do need 2 years’+ relevant experience
