Receptionist in Law Firm (ID:19160)
We have a very exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join a well known and glossy law firm in Leeds City Centre offering up to 25k a year and is fully office based!
You would be stationed on the front desk and be the front face ambassador for internal and external clients and the main responsibilities for this role would be:
- Responding to telephone and email queries for internal and external clients
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and looking after their requirements
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Maintaining stock levels and cleanliness for the staff kitchen
- Sorting incoming mail and liaising with courses when necessary
- Complete administration tasks and maintaining spreadsheets for the office
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy
- Working as part of a team to co-ordinate front of house services
- Managing and ordering client hospital and catering for events
- Setting up meeting rooms in advance of any meetings and events taking place
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
- Maintaining car parking spaces for the office on a weekly basis
- Keeping a check on stock levels for the office
- Ensuring the completion of the handover books and creating handover notes
This role is looking for someone who has previous reception or facilities experience in a professional service environment and are able to work flexibly, be positive and helpful with a can-do approach! This is a brilliant modern law firm to work for and are looking for a brand ambassador.
