Office and Account Manager (ID:19216)
Full-time, permanent role based in West Bromwich, offering up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
An exciting opportunity to join a reputable healthcare brand as an Office and Accounts Manager has just become available! Based in West Bromwich, the successful applicant will provide management to the business’s West Bromwich office, as well as overseeing the accounts and coordination of the company’s other sites.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Using business analysis techniques to identify and implement process and system alterations to improve the business
- Financial duties, including producing regular finance reports, investigating any discrepancies, reviewing invoices and processing expenses
- Overseeing management of the business’s properties: reviewing tenancies and contracts, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and resolving any building maintenance issues
- Correspondence management, including managing inboxes and post
- HR duties, including salary reviews, onboarding and recruitment duties
- Other administrative duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience working within Operations or Office Management, as well as HR and line management experience. Applicants must also be highly competent at QuickBooks, and have experience of budget maintenance. They must have excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills.
