• This role is working closely with the founder and EA - busy, fast-paced, varied, joining a close knit team. The candidate will be required to wear many hats.
The Job
• This role is working closely with the founder and EA - busy, fast-paced, varied, joining a close knit team. The candidate will be required to wear many hats.
• Business and private support, inbox management, domestic and international travel, scheduling and prepping for meetings, managing guest lists and RSVPs
• Assisting with the designer’s other creative projects which include a online business, organising workshops and events, updating social media, budget management.
• Maintain business and financial records. Analyse and implement ways of streamlining processes.
• Client and supplier liaison.
• Research, create and presentation of high quality presentations.
• Responsible for the office is running smoothly and general ad-hoc tasks.
The Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years’ experience in a high end creative industry (luxury fashion, designer interiors, arts galleries etc.)
• Someone who enjoys the exciting challenges which come from working in a very successful and vibrant design studio, and has the aptitude to juggle many projects at once
• Has a creative mindset and an interest in interiors, art and sustainability.
• Has experience working with high-profile individuals.
• Confident, charming and a clear communicator
• A self-starter who is happy to get stuck into anything and everything.
• Tech-savvy (MAC user preferred)
• Has a strong and relevant CV.
