My client is the Principal of an extraordinarily successful international property advisory business, working at the very top end of the London, country and global markets. The team is young, bright, proactive, creative and very productive. It's very unusual for an opening to become available here as the staff turnover is so low.

I’m looking for a PA to be the right-hand to the Principal who is down-to-earth, charismatic, driven and an inspirational leader. Their very slick head offices are in Knightsbridge where you would be based four days a week with one day working from home.

• To provide full daily administrative support including email monitoring, arranging meetings, and full diary management
• Hotel, restaurant and taxi bookings.
• Quarterly Management Meetings: preparing agenda and meeting packs, minute taking, writing up minutes.
• Updating the contact database.
• Arranging car services and any ad-hoc car maintenance.
• Organising client/intermediary entertainment
• Help organise company Summer and Christmas parties.
• Work with team members from around the business to compile and depict useful data for marketing and presentation purposes.
• Creating presentations for intermediaries (bankers, lawyers etc).
• LinkedIn account management.
• Help organise any meetings/calls for all associates located across the globe.
• International travel – flights, accommodation, logistics, booking in meetings. Some may be multi-destination trips.
• Assist in driving forward ESG-related initiatives both within the business and for client benefit.
• Join key London and country meetings and stay up to date with both the London, country and international businesses.
• Assist with invitations and caterers for dinner parties (generally work-related).
• Researching and booking holidays and personal trips (including transfers) and booking taxis/drivers for events.

This is a full-on busy role, requiring you to think outside the box and really show off your organisational skills, constantly thinking ahead and pre-empting situations with a solution to any problem at the ready.
