Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Team Assistant for one of our clients, an international firm located in Antwerp to play a coordinating role which is of key importance in their organization.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of transmitting information to clients
You will handle the distribution of circular letters and organize the documents received in the audit program
You will take part in the engagement planning process
You will assist in the preparation of all audit reports, including those for the workers’ council, legal missions, and expert reports
You will help prepare tenders for new audit engagements
You will generate various internal reports for the training department and provide secretarial assistance as needed
You will utilize various planning tools
You will offer secretarial support to our partners and assist in the logistical management of the office
Your Profile:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, a Master's degree in Languages or have an equivalent in experience; Experience in a similar position is a plus
You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French
You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams)
Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime skills for a successful approach to this fascinating job
You work precisely and meticulously.
