Senior Head of People & Culture, Mayfair - hybrid, £60/70k (ID:19423)
Our highly regarded Mayfair based client, with a huge focus on the leisure/hospitality industry is urgently seeking a Head of People & Culture Manager.
This role will play an integral part providing operational and strategic support, whilst supporting the development of an employee-oriented positive company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, talent development, and high performance.
A senior role where the successful applicant will facilitate an open, trusted and respected culture of HR support.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with the leadership team to communicate, educate and empower on HR driven policies, procedures and laws.
- Coaching, mentoring, empowering and supporting the operational management on owning and dealing with all elements of employee relations.
- Implementing and overseeing performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, values, vision as well as driving succession planning and continuous improvement.
- Reviewing and analysing HR metrics (i.e. absence, attrition, family friendly requests) to actively minimise risk, identify trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Supporting, leading and managing succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organizational design, and change management.
- Maintaining minimal Company exposure to tribunal claims.
- Hybrid working, with flexible hours – 40 hours, to include an occasional late start/late finish and occasional weekends.
