You must have some previous office/administrative experience, ideally in financial services.
The role:
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Creating a welcoming environment
- Managing the meeting room booking system efficiently
- Answering the phone efficiently
- Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer as required on office projects.
- Managing incoming and outgoing posts daily both nationally and internationally
- Arranging couriers
- General and efficient housekeeping of the office
- Primary point of contact for third-party suppliers
- Assisting the wider management team, including scheduling meetings, helping with travel arrangements, purchasing gifts for clients, filing and data entry
- Responsible for expense submission for senior members of staff within the firm.
Must haves:
- Ideally will have front-of-house reception experience as well as general office admin experience.
