Property Administrator for National Law Firm (ID:19581)
Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Nottingham city centre, offering up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
An exciting opportunity to work for a nationally-recognised firm as an assistant within their Conveyancing department has just become available! Based in Nottingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide support with the client relationship, administrative and communication requirements of the team, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the department.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for both fee earners and clients; ensuring the provision of the best support for both the clients and the department
- Drafting and handling documents, including correspondence and briefings, to distribute to clients
- Helping prepare presentations and pitches to support the fee-earners in the business development of the firm
- Providing support in the billing and credit control processes, as well as requesting checks and bank transfers, and paying in money as required
- File management, including archiving and opening and closing files
- Correspondence with clients and fee earners via both telephone and email
- Updating the firm’s case management and CRM systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets when required
- Other administrative and support duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous administrative experience within either legal or property. Applicants must be highly organised, have outstanding communication skills to liaise confidently and competently with clients and fee-earners, and thrive working as part of a team.
This role is suitable for candidates looking to progress within legal support, as opposed to applicants looking to progress a fee-earning career.
