A prestigious UK-based law firm with offices across the country is seeking highly astute Executive Assistant with strong business acumen to support their C Suite team for the purposes of a 12-month fixed term contract. This will include supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer.

This role is hybrid with two days in office.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Executive team's schedules and responsibilities. Your comprehensive administrative support will include:
  • Expertly managing the calendars of senior executives, coordinating complex meeting schedules both internally and externally
  • Extensive minuting of meetings
  • Arranging all travel requirements, including booking transport, accommodation and managing expenses
  • Preparing detailed agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points from meetings
  • Producing and editing high-quality reports, presentations and other executive-level documents
  • Drafting and proofreading confidential correspondence on behalf of the leadership team
  • Maintaining meticulous filing and document management systems
  • Organising team social events, training sessions, away days and other special projects
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of all events
  • Providing on-the-day support and problem-solving during events
  • Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Overseeing the processing of team invoices and managing departmental budgets
  • Providing additional ad-hoc administrative support as required

Applicants must have Executive Assistant supporting at C Suite level. Experience in a legal environment would be beneficial although not essential.
