This is the perfect first job for a bright, switched-on, hard-working and enthusiastic candidate keen to kick start their career.
Based in the heart of the City, our client is a boutique private client business and you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a small team of busy individuals.
Very varied and hands-on, duties will include:
• Answering calls
• Prepping info, docs and forms
• Collating data on members’ funds for submission to Lloyds
• Liaising with Investment Managers
• Downloading reports from the Lloyds portal
• Check and chase-up documents
• Liaising with external advisors
• Dealing with partner business which provides company secretarial and accounts support
We are looking for charm, warmth and brilliant communication skills, the confidence to liaise with a wide variety of people including HNWIs, someone highly organised with bags of initiative, common sense and a flexible, muck-in attitude.
A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and a hunger to learn are essential.
