Personal Assistant for International Law Firm (ID:19675)
Hybrid, full-time permanent role based in Leeds, offering up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.
A fantastic opportunity to work for a nationally recognised and respected law firm as a legal PA has just become available! Based in their Birmingham office in the city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside other PAs within the firm to provide outstanding support to the fee earners.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing the teams’ inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
- Coordinating meetings, both internal and external, booking rooms and facilities and liaising with attendees to ensure all relevant equipment is in place
- National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
- Overseeing document drafting, production and management
- Organising fee-earner meetings, including preparing agendas and collating papers
- File management; archiving, opening and closing files, and ensuring all documents are electronically filed and in line with file management best practice
- Providing general administrative support to the fee earners, and supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis when required, for example managing bundles and assisting during team events
Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, have an adaptable and flexible approach, and excel working as part of a team. Applicants must have previous PA experience within a legal environment, and a high competency for Microsoft Office.
