Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience, meal vouchers, group insurance and health insurance.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring timely progress and team coordination
- Manage client and candidate communications, scheduling, and updates
- Prepare, format, and ensure accuracy of client-facing documents
- Handle billing, expense reporting, invoicing, and receivables tracking
- Maintain and update confidential databases and coordinate data entry
- Support business development through planning, content creation, and tracking outcomes

Essential Skills and Experience :
- Advanced MS Office skills and excellent proofreading abilities
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French, with strong drafting skills
- Tech-savvy and skilled in database management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities
- Team player, stress-resistant, professional, and client-focused
