EA for Successful Finance Firm - A Busy and Varied Role (ID:19719)
Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant at an undeniably impressive boutique finance company based in Central London. You will be part of a slick and hard-working team, which focuses on collaboration working with clients across the Finance sector.
This is a 12 month Maternity Cover where you will be managing the Managing Director’s inbox, stakeholder management as well as supporting the global sales team. For this role, my client is looking for someone who is familiar with a fast paced environment, is detail orientated, organised, curious and ambitious.
Duties involve:
• Inbox management – organise and write correspondence on behalf of MD
• Answer and field calls from key stakeholders
• Manage the CRM System
• Coordinate and schedule meeting across multiple time zones
• Calander management
• Prepare meeting material – decks, slides etc
• Support the administration for the Sales Team
• Manage Client Relations
