Corporate Receptionist (ID:19728)
A highly reputable law firm based within Birmingham City Centre are seeking a Corporate Receptionist, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous front of house experience and a real passion for providing excellent client services then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy joining an exceptional firm with some great benefits and a salary of up to 25k!
Within this role, you will be a key point of contact for all staff within the business, you will work closely with the Estates & Hospitality teams, to provide an excellent front of house experience. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Front of House meeting and greeting
- Event organisation
- Responding to calls and emails
- Organising meeting spaces
- Being a designated fire marshal and first aider (training will be provided)
- Any other ad hoc duties where needed
The successful applicant will have a great use of initiative, a passion about building great working relationships, excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic. If you have previous front of house experience this would be beneficial or if you come from a hospitality or events background and have a desire to take the next step within your career this may be for you.
