Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Brussels recruitment team. You’ll manage the full candidate selection process, coordinate events, and maintain communication with candidates, student groups, and internal stakeholders.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and manage candidate communications
- Assist in the offer process, organize events, and follow up with successful candidates
- Lead campus recruiting events and build relationships with student organizations
- Collaborate with global recruitment teams to apply new hiring strategies
- Support intern programs and handle logistics for new hire training
- Provide data reports on recruitment activities
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Recent graduate (ideally with a background in HR, Event Planning, or Communication) or early-career professional
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently
