The priority being to provide support to the Partner with overflow support to the team, 10 in London – all pretty self sufficient but they need someone who will be happy to muck-in.

Extensive diary management- including researching and preparing itineraries, etc. Expenses – lots of hospitality etc. Support on slide decks when necessary Up to c.30% private support – mostly booking dinners, theatre, medical appointments etc The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a PA, someone who enjoys this role and not looking to progress - perhaps just looking for a change of  scenery - a new challenge in a new company.

Someone with lots of initiative who enjoys a fast paced classic role, able to prioritise - superb attention to detail, one step ahead attitude, a team player, flexible, client facing and articulate. Confident and engaging.

Must be happy being office based  - 5 days.

25 days holiday, annual bonus (discretionary), lunches paid for on Monday and Friday. 

Great role for an experienced PA - property, boutique finance, PE, Hedge Funds, Investment backgrounds an advantage.
