This charismatic, high-energy, exceptionally generous CEO is not only a pioneering businessman with multiple involvements (medical, property investments, and the automotive industry) but also an exceptionally busy and dedicated family man with a luxury lifestyle. He is looking for a Private PA with whom he can build a strong working relationship and who will be entrusted into his private inner circle.

The role will require you to be in the office at least three days a week, with the scope to do more if needed. This person must be happy being on call outside of the standard 9am-5.30pm and have a flexible, conscientious, and hard-working attitude. The role will involve occasional travel to Italy.

Duties will include;

• Private diary management

• Managing complex schedules for children for their involvement, activities, travel

• Managing UK and European Properties

• Household staff management

• Researching and organising private family travel - could include yachts, private jets, helicopters

• Occasional European travel required

• Booking private appointments

• Management of car fleet

• Management of private business interests

They are looking for someone with solid Private PA experience supporting a HNWI, couple, family, or household name. This person must understand the nuances of supporting an HNW, the standards and service levels that are required, and an understanding of a luxury lifestyle and high-value assets.

A conscientious attitude and strong work ethic are key to this role, as well as someone with a great sense of humour, flexible and accommodating nature, and someone who loves proving lifestyle support.

Ideally this person is immediately available and could do temp-to-perm, but will also look at people on notice to find the right calibre of candidate.
